1. Ownership of Website Content

Unless otherwise indicated, original content appearing on the Website is owned by TJM Thrive, LLC, licensed to TJM Thrive, LLC, or used with the permission of the applicable rights holder.

Protected content may include:

  • Website copy and written materials;

  • articles and blog content;

  • photographs;

  • videos;

  • graphics and illustrations;

  • Website designs and page layouts;

  • marketing materials;

  • event materials;

  • downloadable guides and resources;

  • floor plans and visual materials;

  • logos and branding;

  • icons and other creative elements; and

  • compilations or arrangements of Website content.

Such materials may be protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. Thrive DTSP Name and Branding

The Thrive DTSP name, logos, brand elements, slogans, designs, and other source identifiers are owned by TJM Thrive, LLC or used by TJM Thrive, LLC with permission.

Nothing on the Website grants you a license to use Thrive's name, logo, or branding in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation without prior written permission.

The absence of a federal trademark registration symbol does not mean that a name, logo, or other brand asset is free for public or commercial use.

3. Limited Personal and Noncommercial Use

You may access, view, and use publicly available Website content for legitimate personal, informational, and noncommercial purposes.

You may also share links to publicly available Thrive articles or resources and may make limited references to them with appropriate attribution where permitted by law.

Unless Thrive expressly states otherwise, this permission does not authorize you to reproduce an entire article, downloadable resource, photograph, graphic, video, guide, or other substantial Website content on another website, publication, platform, product, or service.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Attribution Does Not Automatically Grant Permission

Thrive welcomes appropriate references and links to its publicly available resources.

However, providing attribution does not by itself authorize reproduction, republication, modification, distribution, or commercial use of copyrighted material.

If you wish to reproduce or use Thrive content beyond limited personal or noncommercial use, please request permission.

5. Prohibited Uses

Unless authorized in writing by TJM Thrive, LLC, or otherwise permitted by applicable law, you may not:

  • reproduce or republish substantial portions of Website content;

  • sell, license, sublicense, or commercially distribute Thrive content;

  • copy photographs, videos, graphics, or downloadable materials for commercial use;

  • remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices;

  • present Thrive content as your own;

  • modify and redistribute Thrive materials in a manner that implies they were created or approved by Thrive;

  • use Thrive content in advertising or commercial products without permission;

  • use Thrive branding in a manner that creates confusion regarding affiliation or sponsorship; or

  • systematically scrape, copy, or archive Website content for redistribution or commercial exploitation.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to restrict uses permitted by applicable copyright law, including applicable principles of fair use.

6. Photographs and Videos

Photographs and videos displayed on the Website may be owned by TJM Thrive, LLC or licensed or provided to Thrive by photographers, members, event participants, vendors, or other third parties.

You should not assume that photographs or videos appearing on the Website are available for reuse.

Permission from Thrive does not necessarily grant rights held independently by a photographer, videographer, depicted person, trademark owner, or other third party.

If you wish to reuse a particular image or video, contact Thrive before doing so.

7. Testimonials and Member Content

Testimonials, reviews, logos, photographs, company names, or other content associated with Thrive members, customers, event participants, or community partners may remain subject to rights owned by those individuals or organizations.

Their appearance on Thrive's Website does not transfer those rights to Website visitors.

Third-party reviews reproduced or referenced by Thrive may also be subject to the rights and terms of the platform or individual from which they originated.

8. Third-Party Intellectual Property

The Website may contain names, trademarks, logos, photographs, reviews, links, or other materials belonging to third parties.

All third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Their appearance on the Website does not necessarily imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

If you believe Thrive has improperly used material belonging to you, please contact us using the procedure below.

9. Downloadable Resources

Thrive may make guides, templates, worksheets, event materials, or other resources available for download.

Unless different license terms accompany a particular resource, downloads are provided for the recipient's personal or internal business use only.

You may not resell, commercially redistribute, publicly republish, rebrand, or claim authorship of a Thrive resource without prior written permission.

You may share a link directing others to the original Thrive webpage or download location.

10. Requests for Permission

To request permission to reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or commercially use Thrive content, contact:
TJM Thrive, LLC d/b/a Thrive DTSP
Email: thriving@thrivedtsp.com

Please identify:

  • the material you want to use;

  • where the material appears;

  • how you intend to use it;

  • where the proposed use will appear; and

  • whether the use is commercial.

Permission is not granted unless Thrive confirms authorization in writing.

11. Reporting Suspected Copyright Infringement

If you believe material appearing on the Website infringes a copyright that you own or are authorized to enforce, please contact:
TJM Thrive, LLC d/b/a Thrive DTSP
136 4th Street North, Suite 201
St. Petersburg, FL 33701
Email: thriving@thrivedtsp.com

To help us evaluate your report, please provide:

  1. identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;

  2. identification and location of the material you believe is infringing;

  3. your name and contact information;

  4. an explanation of your basis for believing the use is unauthorized;

  5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate; and

  6. information demonstrating that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.

Thrive may request additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate a report.

Thrive may remove or restrict access to material when appropriate.

12. DMCA Notices

The reporting procedure above provides a general mechanism for reporting suspected infringement. It should not be interpreted as a representation that TJM Thrive, LLC has formally designated an agent with the U.S. Copyright Office under Section 512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

If Thrive begins hosting material uploaded or published by users at a scale where TJM Thrive, LLC wishes to seek applicable DMCA safe-harbor protections, Thrive should evaluate establishing a formal DMCA notice-and-takedown procedure and registering a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.

13. Changes to This Copyright Policy

Thrive may update this Copyright Policy periodically.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy will identify the most recent revision.
